How is this different from a lighting webshop?
We do not sell single items to whoever comes by. We work with business accounts that we approve first, with project pricing and with ordering on account. That is why you only see prices once your account has been approved.
Everything we sell, we make ourselves. A series therefore stays available for years and parts can be replaced individually (EcoLoop). If you have a question about a specification, nobody has to refer you to the manufacturer: that is us, here in Ulvenhout.
Can I collect, or is everything delivered?
Both. Our showroom and warehouse share one address, Tolweg 9 in Ulvenhout. Trade customers walk in during opening hours and take their order with them. No appointment needed. Handy when the material has to be on site or in the shop today.
Most of the range is in stock, because we manufacture ourselves rather than buying in per project. If something happens not to be in stock, we put the expected lead time in the quotation.
Who can open a trade account?
Installers, electrical contractors, lighting studios, lighting designers, shopfitters, main contractors and fellow wholesalers. You apply with your Chamber of Commerce number. Once approved you see prices, can request quotations and order on account. We agree the payment term together, up to 90 days.
What do you do besides supplying?
Think along. For a shop, showroom, warehouse or office we work out how many luminaires are needed for the required light level, which track layout fits and which driver goes with it. That comes with a project quotation at a net price.
